Do you offer commercial cleaning services in addition to residential cleaning?

What is the difference between a deep clean and a regular cleaning?

In a deep clean, we wipe baseboards, doors, and wash the oven inside as extras in addition to the regular service. The price will be higher. Deep cleans can be requested at any time.

Do you provide supplies?

Yes we do, regular cleaning supplies and equipment, if there's any special instruction or allergies, we need to know in advance.

Do you work as a crew or solo cleaners?

We work in teams of 4-5 people, meaning the cleaning sessions won't take long hours.

Which days of the week do you work?

We work Monday through Friday.

What other types of services do you include?

We also offer outdoor window washing, power washing, and carpet cleaning.

Is cleaning the windows part of a regular service?

We wipe windows on the inside as much as we can reach. If you need us to open the windows to clean the exterior or the "weatherstripping" area, we can definitely do it upon request, but there will be an extra charge.

We serve Baltimore County, Baltimore City, Hereford Zone, Howard County, Carroll County, and Harford County.

Yes, we are bonded and insured. We are also an A+ rated accredited business according to the BBB.

What are the payment options?

Payments can be made through Zelle, Venmo, checks, cash, or credit cards.

Do you have a cancellation fee?

Yes, we have a $35 cancellation fee for last-minute cancellations, which are considered cancellations made 24 hours prior to the cleaning date or on the same day as the cleaning date.

Do you work with contracts?

No, we believe in the independence of decisions, so our customers are free to work with us as long as they want, without being bound by a contract. We do need communication in advance if they cannot work with us anymore; otherwise, the cancellation fee will be applied.

How much do you charge per hour?

Our prices are evaluated according to the size of the house, type of cleaning, and condition of the house. We do not charge per hour since we work as a crew. Cleanings can take less time than expected because of that. If a house needs more TLC, the price may be higher.
